Americans are being prohibited from: owning property, traveling, voting, working, banking, marrying, fishing, hunting, bearing arms and doing many other things related to normal civil capacities that are considered natural or fundamental rights or are otherwise necessary to live and fulfill God's intended purpose for them on Earth, unless; they forsake their natural and fundamental right to not participate in the United States voluntary old age, disability, retirement, survivor benefit program called Social Security; and likewise identify themselves with its account record number as their universal identification number.
Most American's have and use a Social Security Number (SSN). Most of us have them because our parents applied for one when we were children thinking we had to have them for school, work, ect.
The following is the text of the 3-minute promotional video message produced by David Carmichael in his religious exemption case:
Congress has recently passed a law called the REAL ID Act. To obtain a REAL ID, every person must submit to a mandatory facial scan. Other biometric identifiers such as finger prints, retina scans and DNA are also being considered. That information, along with a Radio Frequency Identification Device will be stored and transmitted from a computer chip embedded in the REAL ID. American's will not be able to do things necessary in the ordinary course of life and business without using their REAL ID, just as it is now with regard to using a Social Security Number.
The Social Security Administration says "The Social Security Act does not require a person to have a SSN to live and work in the United States, nor does it require a SSN simply for the purpose of having one." Never-the-less, Section 666 of the Welfare Code obligates States accepting welfare funds to require everyone to give an SSN for any professional, occupational, recreational, driver's or marriage license.
As you are now asked to give a SSN to do just about anything, soon you will be required to give biometric marks on your right hand and forehead to verify your identify against the information on your REAL ID. You'll be asked to render those marks to get a job, a license, cash a check, get on a plane, and possibly even get a background check for Christian ministry.
Currently, the SSN is used for administrative convenience. Though it is only a convenience, government agencies and courts are refusing to give accommodation to people who have a religious objection to using a universal identification number like that described in the book of Revelation. If religious freedom cannot stand up to the convenient SSN, how can religious objections to rendering the marks on our right hand and forehead stand against the REAL ID that is touted for national security?
Constitutional litigator Herb Titus and I are diligently working in federal and state courts to win decisions that will protect the religious liberty of those who cannot identify with the administratively convenient SSN. If we can secure that liberty in law, there is hope that liberty will remain for those who, because of their religious obligations, cannot render the marks on their right hand or forehead. We must secure the liberty to obey God without government reprisal. Otherwise, no liberty is secure.

Organization of American States precursor to NAU: American Union idea not new! "It's one thing to authorize. It's another thing to actually appropriate the money and do it," said Sen. John Cornyn (R-Tex.). The fine-print distinction between what Congress says it will do and what it actually pays for is a time-honored result of the checks and balances between lawmakers who oversee agencies and those who hold their purse strings.
The loopholes leave the Bush administration with authority to decide where, when and how long a fence will be built, except for small stretches east of San Diego and in western Arizona. Homeland Security officials have proposed a fence half as long, lawmakers said.
No sooner did Congress authorize construction of a 700-mile fence on the U.S.-Mexico border last week than lawmakers rushed to approve separate legislation that ensures it will never be built, at least not as advertised, according to Republican lawmakers and immigration experts.
The AP reports that in a late-night concession to win over wavering Republicans, GOP congressional leaders pledged in writing that Native American tribes, members of Congress, governors and local leaders would get a say in "the exact placement" of any structure, and that Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff would have the flexibility to use alternatives "when fencing is ineffective or impractical."
Asked whether Homeland Security would build 700 miles of fence, department spokesman Russ Knocke would not say. Instead, he noted that department leaders announced last month that they will spend $67 million to test a remote-sensing "virtual fence" concept on a 28-mile, high-traffic stretch of border south of Tucson over eight months, and then adjust their plans.
"We plan to build a little and test a little. . . . Stay tuned," Knocke said. "We're optimistic that Congress is going to provide the department with flexibility."
The office of Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Tex.) Thursday released a letter from House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.) and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) promising to ensure that Chertoff has discretion over whether to build a fence or choose other options. Homeland Security officials must also consult with U.S., state and local representatives on where structures are placed.
Congress also hedged on when a fence would be completed. The law mandating it said Homeland Security officials should gain "operational control" of the border in 18 months. But the law funding it envisions five years. Chertoff has set a goal of two to three years, but only after completion of an immigration overhaul.
But shortly before recessing late Friday, the House and Senate gave the Bush administration leeway to distribute the money to a combination of projects -- not just the physical barrier along the southern border. The funds may also be spent on roads, technology and "tactical infrastructure" to support the Department of Homeland Security's preferred option of a "virtual fence."
So let's understand what happened.
The American people demanded a secure border. 1) The President violates his oath and duty and refuses to secure the border - bad. 2) Congress passes laws to secure the border via building fencing - good. Then Congressional Republican leaders undermine the entire will of "We The People" by allowing unelected bureaucrats to determine how the money is spent without building a fence!
And Congress tells Homeland Security to gain "operational control" in 18 months?
Continuing to repeat the same process yet expecting a different result is know as one form of insanity!

These are the words being used by officials of the Bush Administration and others to brand those who have reported on the activities of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), currently operating out of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Opponents have charged the SPP will result in the establishment of a North American Union, much on the same lines as the European Union. - Tom Deweese
